Frances DeWindt is a distinguished leader and community advocate, fueled by positivity, passion, and purpose. Holding an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies, a B.S. in Business Administration, Master’s in Management and Leadership and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), underscoring her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

A natural connector, Frances sees every challenge as an opportunity to inspire. Whether leading a team, mentoring emerging leaders through her work with Delicate Cactus, or building stronger communities, she believes that true achievement comes from perseverance through adversity and kindness in leadership. Her unwavering optimism and people-centered approach continue to make a lasting impact.

Through Delicate Cactus, she’s on a mission to empower individuals of all ages with life-saving skills, leadership development, mastering a skilled trade, and entrepreneurial confidence.  Her mentorship initiative, Discovering Minds, reflects her dedication to nurturing leaders at every stage of life, helping individuals unlock their potential, pursue their passions, and thrive in a changing world.
